Ms Kavitha led several international projects, hosting international delegation and programs, initiate new partnerships and collaboration by conducting collaborative workshops at IIT Madras. She has done extensive work in handling university partnerships, data collection and research profiling of foreign universities.
With an industrial experience of over 8 years and in administrative role for 14 years at IITM(2007-2021), she is now an International Relations (IR) consultant and have groomed 3rd generation IITs (IIT Palakkad, IIT Tirupati), 2nd generation IIT (IITH), She is IR advisor for the NIT Calicut IR office.
My responsibilities to build exquisite partnerships with foreign universities has enabled extensive travel to Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Poland, Japan, Singapore, UK, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia, and USA. She has participated in workshops on Internationalization in India and abroad.
She has worked closely with Embassies of different countries to foster mobility programs and have a vast experience in hosting events related to International Relations. she has been a member in the Executive committee of the University Networks in Europe and Asia.
Her overall experience includes strategic development, planning, coordination, and execution of activities in the International Relations department with the significance of maintaining a relationship and understanding with the partner universities in achieving the organizational goals and objectives.
